Playing for Success at Preston North End FC

Playing for Success has been operating at Preston North End FC since May 2003. Since opening over 40 schools have accessed the learning programmes provided, equating to over 1900 pupils receiving study support.

Our aims are:

To enhance achievement at KS2 and KS3 for

targeted children in numeracy, literacy and ICT.

To improve the confidence and motivation of

pupils.

To develop/enhance study skills.

To maintain/engage the involvement of KS4 pupils

as mentors.
