Lancashire Equality Mark
When a school achieves all five badges they will be awarded the Equality Mark. Schools determine their own pathway through the framework by identifying meaningful priorities that will make a difference in the area of equality in their school community and willsupport their wider development plans. Schools can work at their own pace and they can choose from a range of packages of support to meet their individual requirements.

Race Equality Mark|
Lancashire's Race Equality Mark was a useful self evaluation tool for schools. The audit process helped flag up the gaps and inform action plans as well as recognising effective current practice.
Schools who are interested in strengthening Race Equality in their school now are encouraged to sign up for the Race Equality Badge which forms part of the Lancashire Equality Mark. More details can be found in the fact sheet above.
