Lancashire County Council is adhering to recent COVID-19 Government stipulations regarding its professional development course delivery until the end of the Summer term 2020. The situation will be reviewed regularly regarding course deliver from the 1st September 2020 and schools and delegates contacted accordingly.

Helen has significant experience in delivering consultancy support and bespoke behaviour and attendance training across all phases within and outside of Lancashire. She has contributed to a wide ranging CPD programme at LA level, cluster level and school level for which feedback has been excellent. Helen is experienced at supporting and motivating staff at all levels in school- from Senior Leads to TA',s welfare staff, NQT's etc. Helen works regularly with LA schools, Academy Schools and Academy Trusts to provide support for any behaviour and attendance related issues.

Helen also leads on Secondary School attendance and as such is the main contact for Lancashire schools with queries around school attendance at whole school and individual level. Helen has the responsibility to track Children Missing Out on Education at Secondary level within Lancashire.

Before taking up this role Helen taught in a large Lancashire Secondary school and held a senior pastoral role within the school.
