Look for this icon throughout this site.
It is there to help you.
When you click on the help icon a window will open on your screen. If you cannot see all the information inside the help window then grab the border of the window with the mouse, hold down the left button and drag the border to resize the window.
When you have finished viewing the information in the help window, click on the in the upper right corner of the help window and the window will close.
The will increase the size of the window (maximise).
The will decrease the size of the window (minimise).
If, at anytime, you are unable to see the help window then look to the bottom of your computer screen and click once on the following image:
